Vhi Healthcare will release a new plan PMI 26 12 (€861.11) on 29 January 2012. This plan will provide cover for a private room in a public hospital and a semi-private room in a private hospital with a €75 private hospital inpatient excess per claim. There is 80% cover provided for certain orthopaedic and ophthalmic procedures in private hospitals. A maternity accommodation grant of €3,400 is available and there are significant outpatient benefits with a €1 outpatient excess per year. Outpatient benefits such as GP or physiotherapy, typically provide €30 x 25 per year.

This plan is available to all new and renewing customers from this date.
