On Tuesday the 22nd of November, Aviva Health will launch two new affordable plans in a bid to attract younger members who might otherwise be considering dropping their health insurance altogether in the face of increasing prices.
Health Starter Plan and Health Value Plan, have been developed to meet the changing needs and stretched budgets of Irish consumers.
Health Starter Plan will cost an adult €495 per year. These new plans, combined with Aviva’s existing products, mean that Aviva Health Insurance has a full range of plans to cater for the Irish public’s varied benefit requirements, life stages and budgets.
This will be good news for consumers who would rather retain some level of benefits than drop their health insurance altogether and suffer new waiting periods all over again.
This is always the better option as waiting periods could see you unable to get cover for any condition you may pick up in the uninsured period for between 5 and 10 years.
